Telesales Manager

Telesales Implementation Manager, Hertfordshire, £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Great Benefits
Our client an incredibly established and multinational business is looking to introduce a telesales team into their UK operations base to cover Pan-European business potential. This is a new planned project and as such needs an individual of high calibre to ensure success.

The company has been running for over one hundred years and is considered a market authority within their field of engineering consumables. They not only manufacture but provide research and development in to engineering fields. This role is key to the future operations of the UK base and will involve setting up a successful telesales team. It will be essential that you relate to the European partners and as such will require overseas travel to further develop sales strategies. The primary customer base will be major end users, distributors and internal customers.

To be considered for this role you must have extensive telesales management experience, preferably within an engineering environment/business but this is not essential. What is key is the ability to manage a full telesales cycle including staff management, recruitment and development and obviously sales development. Within this role you will be a mentor to new members and a driver of the existing team. This role will come with great responsibility and is an excellent opportunity to make your mark within a managerial position.

Experience should include:

+ Proven experience within a fast paced sales environment
+ Excellent managerial experience and proof of staff recruitment and development
+ Experience of dealing with European Clients
+ Previous experience of dealing with distributors
