Telesales Manager - Legal - Leicester £50,000 basic 100k OTE
A great opportunity has been created for a dynamic Telesales Manager to work in Leicester for one of the country's most successful legal brands with a network of over 200 branches Nationwide. The client is looking for a target driven and motivated person with strong gravitas and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, capable of driving sales and setting targets and developing strategies to achieve these. New business generation, ensuring the CRM system is current and appointment booking will all be facets of the role.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience of managing a business to business internal sales team and demonstrate consistent performance over this period. The ability to motivate and manage staff and overcome issues will see you as a strong prospect for this position.
